ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are processed for shipping. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Please contact us for questions regarding refunds and returns.  

For returns, shipping costs are not covered and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return/refund, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If an exchange is approved, keep in mind that the product may no longer be available. 

You can request a refund or return if:

  • The product was not received within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).  
  • The wrong product was received.  (NOTE:  A picture of the wrong product will be requested via Email.)
  • The product quality was not as expected, defective or damaged. (NOTE:  A picture of the product and description of the problem will be requested via Email.)   This will help our company to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

 

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, etc.)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, etc.).
